Architectural speakers

9.2 surround sound
What is 9.2 surround sound? Answer: It is similar to 7.1 surround sound except now you have four front speakers and two sub-woofers (two front speakers at TV level and two more front speakers above those called height channels). So the configuration is as follows: one center channel, two front lower channels, two front height channels, two surround channels, two back channels, and two sub-woofers, thus creating 9 channels plus 2 LFE channels (or 2 sub-woofers).Special amplification and audio calibration is required, only recommended for dedicated theater rooms. This as close as it gets to replicating your local cinema multiplex theater.
