All homes are wired for basic services such as electricity, telephone, and TV. This old style framework is not adequate to take advantage of the latest technology. Michigan Home Theater will prepare your new home for current and future technologies with a structured wiring system of cables. You can grow your system as new services become available. Data lines for voice or data, wired computer networks and digital audio and video signals anywhere you desire are some of the rewards. Flat screen mounting

More than a large TV hung on the wall; we simplify the entire process by streamlining the project. Before you consider placing the HDTV on your wall, you will need to have an AC electrical outlet positioned in the wall. Don’t have an electrician? We’ll have a state certified licensed electrician do it for you if you prefer. Afterwards we will discuss which video sources you’ll need connected (ie cable, DVD, satellite, PC, etc). You may want one video wire for each connected device. Michigan Home Theater only uses “in-wall rated” CL2 & CL3 low voltage wiring, make sure you know the difference if you are doing it yourself.

Remote programming

System control is perhaps the most important factor in designing a complete home entertainment system. Having the ability to easily use your system, and the ability of having others use the system when you are entertaining guests is an often overlooked piece of the puzzle. Michigan Home Theater offers simple yet functional options for controlling your new high tech home theater system. We can custom program your entire system to respond to a single button macro which will dim the lights upon beginning a DVD or Blu-Ray. Or check the thermostat setting from your remote and adjust the temperature if you desire. We can also have your security camera images sent directly to your remote screen. Our remotes and custom programming services are different than most others can offer. We prefer to utilize a graphical user interface (GUI).
